DOMESTIC

• FREE Standard Shipping for all contiguous USA merchandise orders (please allow 4-8 business days for processing and shipping to receive your order). 
• FREE Standard Shipping for all contiguous USA customers.

INTERNATIONAL: Customers are responsible to pay the shipping based on the weight and package size of their order and how fast they want their order to be shipped. The standard shipping could take anywhere from 4-14 business days! International shipping rates vary by country and will be determined at checkout. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING COSTS + DELIVERY TIMES

Orders must be placed by 12pm PC to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days, unless an item is out of stock. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

HAWAII AND ALASKA

For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer 2-Day and 1-Day shipping services. Any shipping-related benefits do not apply to these states.

P.O. BOX

If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, packages will be sent via USPS. Any shipping-related benefits do not apply to orders shipped to a P.O. Box.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order has been placed, it can be canceled by emailing info@rawmoda.com. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping information, items, and quantities are correct.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer Express and Standard shipping services for international orders. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Applicable import duties, taxes and fees are calculated in your selected currency at checkout.

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

PLEASE NOTE

• Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed, however we will put a back order if an item is out of stock.
• A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding United States holidays
• Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number
• International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates
• All prices listed on this page are quoted in USD. All prices at checkout and while shopping are displayed in your selected local currency
• Duties and taxes vary by country/region and will be determined during checkout
• International orders cannot be shipped to a APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresse

DUTIES + TAXES REFUND

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees for international orders. We are not responsible for the shipping price when you are returning your item(s). However, if your return is approved, we will email you the shipping label which you are responsible for the payment. The shipping cost comes out to $7- $12 which will be reduced from your total order before refund. If you are returning a purchase, you will be charged for duties and taxes at checkout, you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. 

APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses within the United States, please call Raw Moda Customer Service for assistance at 949-315-6314. 

BUSINESS DAYS + HOLIDAYS

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 12pm PC to be processed on the same business day, otherwise it will be processed the next day.

Packages do not ship from our fulfilment center on the following holidays:

• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• 4th of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

TRACKING ORDERS

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed however we will put a back order if an item is out of stock. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on www.RawModa.com, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information. You can also contact Raw ModaCustomer Service to track your order.
